Return and Exchange Policy

At Christmas Jackets UK, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and exchanges work. By ordering from our website, you agree to it.

Eligibility

Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, is required.

How to Request

Email us your order number, the reason for return, supporting photos, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We will send you the return address and instructions.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are offered subject to stock availability. Return and re-delivery costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised or personalised products (unless faulty), worn or altered items, and requests made after 15 days.

International Returns

Customers pay return shipping, taxes, and duties. Please use a tracked service.
